WaffleSoft LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates mobile applications and web services. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information across our products.

Account information: When you create an account in one of our apps, we collect your name and email address (or Apple ID identity via Sign in with Apple).

Preferences: We store your selected preferences and settings to personalize your experience within each product.

Usage data: We collect anonymized usage data, including how you interact with our apps and which features you use. This helps us improve our products.

Device information: If you enable push notifications, we store a device token to deliver alerts. We also store your timezone to provide time-appropriate services.

Subscription information: If you purchase a subscription, Apple processes your payment. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not store payment details.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement access controls to ensure users can only access their own data. Temporary content (such as audio files) is automatically cleaned up on a regular schedule.

• Cloud infrastructure — for database hosting, authentication, and file storage
• Third-party APIs — for content processing and delivery (user preferences may be sent to personalize content; no personal identifying information is shared beyond what is necessary)
• Apple — for Sign in with Apple, push notifications, and subscription billing

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Temporary content files are retained for a limited period (typically up to 7 days). Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen within each app.

You have the right to:

• Delete your account and all associated data
• Disable push notifications from your device settings
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us
• Opt out of non-essential data collection where applicable

7. Children's Privacy

Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete the information.

8. International Users

Our services are operated from the United States. If you use our products from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through our apps or via email. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
